This one starts with love, Colorado roots, and a bakery that changed everything.

In 2020, while Dale and Rebecca were dating and living in Colorado, Dale discovered NoCow Bakery—a gluten-free, dairy-free haven with baked goods that didn’t just meet dietary needs but actually tasted amazing. For Rebecca, who had been diagnosed with celiac disease, finding something sweet she could enjoy without compromise was rare. NoCow wasn’t just safe; it was joyful.

When they moved to Oklahoma, they quickly realized that the options here just didn’t compare. So, they set out to bring that same goodness to their new home—baking with intention, flavor, and a whole lot of heart.

Today, NoCow Bakery & Café is proudly located in the Edmond Railyard. Every recipe is 100% gluten-free and dairy-free, crafted with care, and always built around taste first.
